J-Lo, evil or misguidedly not-so-evil?

Jennifer Affleck-Diddy-Lopez apparently stole an Usher song that he wasn't using and put it on her new album and so he's mad. Not really that important, but apparently the last time she did it she inadvertantly caused Mariah Carey to not release a soundtrack album for Glitter.
