The Wicked Witch is dead, soon to be replaced by new Wicked Witch

Ever wonder why radio has gotten so bad lately? Take a look no further than Micheal Powell (Colin Powell's son) who has run the FCC like it was...well, like it was a small private school that still allowed you to beat the everlasting shit out of the students.

Actually, the record fines are nothing serious. Everyone else seems to be saying that his legacy will rest with Janet Jackson's tit, but I think the Federal Telecommunications Act that destroyed radio is a little more important. Anyway, he'll soon be replaced by the offspring of a Cheney, Rice, or maybe Scalia.
