Lloyd Grove, the gossip columnist for the New York Daily News, has decided to stop covering Paris Hilton. This is fantastic news, and we couldn't have asked for more.

Actually, we could ask that nightly news programs stop covering her. Or that CNN stop featuring her on their website. Or that I turn on the television and they're not covering the fact that she lost her dog. Or that we never hear her name again.
